They have Wrap(made the dough fresh, rolled them in front of us) grilled and cut in 6 pieces with choice of meat (choice? : got chicken shredded or Pieces) , pickles(fresh vinaigrette used in it), coleslaw (fresh cabbage and carrots I believe) , and Tahini / garlic sauce. And fries on side. All of them 17 . Enough for three people. I love it. While I was waiting for my order around 2 pm today they also gave me fresh churros for free to try. Thanks for awesome service and good food. ”

“ I enjoyed the shawarma experience here at Shelby’s. I got the traditional wrap with spicy garlic and hot sauce. The spices are not too hot but rather flavourful. The saj is made fresh in front of you and that adds a nice freshness to the wrap. The toppings were good, sauces mixed together well and overall a good tasting shawarma! ”

“ 1st and foremost this has got to be the cleanest and best furnished shawarma joint I've been to in Mississauga. And I've been to a few. I also like how they have kiosk for putting in your order cause it can take some time pondering if I want that hot sauce or that pickle in my shawarma. Sure, selection of ingredients might not be as good as some other places and extra sauce means extra cost, but taste wise it's still good. The wrap seems to be freshly made and it's wrapped tight. No leaky sauce with every bite .. not even till the end. The packaging also helps to keep your hands clean. I'll return here for my shawarma cravings. ”

“ We tried Shelby’s for the first time today. Ordering was super easy and simple, it took us to grab our food to go in less than 15 mins. We ordered the bowls. Rice, garlic potatoes and shawarma chicken were full of flavour, hot sauce was good too but if you are like me and love super spicy get extra hot sauce on the side. We tried ABBA’s mix and mango chunks and vanilla ice cream drinks and they were super yummy. Will be perfect for summer. They have a very nice dine in seating and roof top patio for summer. This will be our go to stop from now on. Don’t forget to read their story posted on the wall and do read the receipt as well it will definitely bring a smile on your face. ”
